Qualifications:

• For music instructors: 2 years or more of experience teaching your instrument privately (or teaching your topic)
• For faux painters: 2 years or more of faux painting experience
• Proficiency in playing your instrument at a professional level (or professional experience in your topic)
• Some experience in public speaking or teaching in front of groups
• Someone who believes in our seminar teaching system and can communicate this with enthusiasm and conviction
• Someone with a strong sense of ethics

Job Description:

You will be teaching very basic 2.5 or 3 hour seminars to beginners. Our classes are all ONE time seminars designed to get people started on a topic of their interest. These classes will be sponsored by colleges or recreation programs in your area.

Our instructors operate as independent contractors not employees. As such they are responsible for their own transportation to and from classes and they also need to keep track of their self-employment income for tax purposes. Classes are normally held at locations within an hour’s drive from the instructor’s home and are held at many different locations. We value excellence in instruction and reliability from our instructors. Classes will have a minimum of 4 students and sometimes as many as 25-30 students.

Compensation:
